So I haven't written in ages so I thought I'd write something. I had a morbid thought in the shower. What would happen if my parents died? It occured to me because at the moment my parents are in California (yes, I'm JEALOUS) and I'm running the house playing 'mom'. And I realized something in the shower. hey don't sweat it! everyone feels morbid every now and again especially when you're parents are far from you and all, although if you think that you really wouldn't want your siblings to go to your aunt, it's good to cover all bases. Apparently when we were younger and our parents died, we would have gone to friends of our parents who are now divorced, absolutely hate each other and use their children to get at each other!!!Very very glad nothing happened to my parents when we were minors, although I'm not tempting the fates here, hope nothing ever happens to them - idealistically I want to die first. Cheery thoughts from the south of france; can't you see i love it here..?

hi. unrelated to this, since it's old. just wanted to let you know that i haven't disappeared off the planet, just moved again, back to my uncle's for whom i am petsitting for a fortnight. oh joy. and he has no msn and his computer is too crap to risk downloading it. so... hope all is well with you, preparations for starting at um and all (!!!) when is that by the way? bueno, i have to wake up super early in order to go feed cats and rabbit (at uncle's gf's house) and still make 10am work on time, gah. ciao. xx

UM orientation has started...its hectic. Rehearsals, meetings, raining, meeting people, jugglin that and work. It's nuts. But it's great! When you're online we'll have to chat about it!
