Does anyone here have a child that is also lactose?
My son is and this milk gives him some nasy ass poop! Like all day long?!
He has a dr. apt. monday but I just thought I'd ask other ppls exspirences with this one
he can't have whole milk he breaks in rash!
he can't have soy  he vomits it
so all he can have is lactose, unless we go to goats milk which ( Read more... )

Goats milk is available in most grocery stores in its evaporated, canned form. Just dilute with water--50/50 to make it drinkable.

I've always heard of it but just never drink it lol, b ut i know for other countries its there main source.

Hey there :) I'm from GUDU, btw...

Thought I'd answer this since our daughter ( 4 months old ) is allergic to everything dairy! It started when she was 2-3 weeks old with green, bloody poo. My partner had to go on an elimination diet ( she breastfeeds ) to determine what the allery was. Once ALL (and I mean ALL, lol) dairy was eliminated, it cleared right up.

Remember - there are different components to milk than just lactose. There is Casein (which MANNY babies are allergic to) and Whey (which some babies can tolerate, but can also cause problems....).

Wish you luck - allergies suck ass. :(

yea, I think hes just allergic to something certain or just not in high amounts the dr.s never tested him but he can eat dairy fine just can't drink milk. :)
