Yes, the city itself requires vast amounts of studying, if we're to ever leave it.

However, the many different worlds present in this one city are an unprecedented opportunity! I could learn of things not possible in my world!

It's a little overwhelming, I admit. I should have come up with a better system on what to study.

Mm. True.

It would seem simple enough. Study whatever most interests you, or whatever you have a chance to.

Hmm. That is true.

Oh! I did have a question for you, about the Wood.

Hm, I've noticed that myself.

Perhaps it extends into the idea of recessive and dominant realities.

It's far more complicated than that, I believe.

There are an infinite number of worlds, but I believe that by coming to this city, Template is exerting an influence over each world. But, this influence's power extends to how strong that particular world is.

Thus, a dominant reality and a recessive reality.

I also believe Template's sphere of influence is not as all powerful as we may perceive.

Rather, the further from Template, the less influence the city has. I believe that we're at the nexus of some sort of power source, that is not the mana I remember from my own world.

Zelos, I've been here. Don't act so ignorant.

No, no, you're thinking of that other Zelos.

I'm better~

Oh... OH!

So Template will replace us if we leave?!

How... cruel, in a sense... But fascinating, nonetheless!

Welcome to the club.

I mean, that's what I've been doing since I got here, for the most part. Maybe we should share notes?

I'm not opposed.

One mind can't always solve everything.

It's kind of amazing how long it took me to realize that, but yes. Two or more heads are better than one.

It's something I've been learning to realize, myself.

You can never have too much to study! If it's bothering you, I'll be glad to share the load.

rainelovesruins February 27 2008, 04:45:44 UTC
Of course you can't! It's knowing where to start is the problem.

I've organized the notes on Template, and what we've learned. It seems we may have hit a road block with it for now...

I usually organize my notes alphabetically. It helps keep things in order, so it may not be a bad place to with research either. Just start with A and work from there.

A road block? I see... How so?

Hmm, perhaps...

And it's hard to theorize anything else with the data that we've been given. I'd like some concrete answers, but I doubt we'll be able to gather those any time soon.
