This is legitimate. It is a video that reveals a little known aspect of the tetragrammaton, YHVH, the biblical name of God, commonly pronounced Yahweh. It shows the ideographic meaning of YHVH.
The video is wrong when it states, "it is... given to moses at the burning bush, the one that most english translations render as "I AM"". The name given to Moses at the burning bush was IHIH not IHVH. IHIH is rendered as "I AM" sometimes as "I WILL BE" or "I BECOME". "IHIH ASHR IHIH" is translated into english as "I am that I am" or "I will be what I will be."
But back to the point that the video is trying to make. There are many ways of looking at the meaning of IHVH. People have been looking at the name in its various ways for a long time. The "hand" that's referred to by the Yod idiogram is a depiction of a pointing hand, indicating the style in which the torah is traditionally read, holding a pointing stick.

Bryan, Thank you for challenging me. I didn't know that about IHIH(YHYH) being the name used to mean "I AM", and not IHVH(YHVH), so I did some research and found out that technically, IHIH is one of three conjugations of the Hebrew verb HIH- "to be." It is the 3rd person form "He is," or "He exists." The first person form is AHIH(AHYH) meaning "I am," "I exist," and the second person form is THIH(THYH) meaning "you are, "you exist." It is indeed true that the "I AM," in "I AM WHO I AM" is of the root HIH and not HVH (as in IHVH(YHVH)), only it is the first person form of AHIH(AHYH) that is used

The name is actually the stages of creation. You can read about that in Talmud Eser Sfirot or Pticha leChochmat haKabbalah.
Eser Sfirot, ten sfirot are the basis for everything. Sometimes they are broken down to five, because six sfirot are combined in one - Tiferet or Zeir Anpin.
point in yud is keter - the source yud itself is Chochma hey is Bina (hey is so wide because of Chochma in it - Chochma is referred to as wide) vav is Zeir Anpin (notice how vav is long, but narrow, that's because of bina, that is referred to as long and narrow) hey is Malchut (with the help of ZA it got Chochma again; Malchut is v closely connected with Bina on so many levels)
So the meaning of this name is that He is everything.
The problem is that we don't see everything as Him. But Holy Books indicate that we will.
