It's not clear what they're saying. Since the position has to do with developing exhibitions, I assume they mean somehow incorporating "interactivity" and "media" (e.g. touchscreens? ipod tours? idk?) into exhibitions, but I wonder how much of exactly what kind of knowledge they want...
