hello!^^
there is no difference in the quality of the photobooks and dvd. the only difference in content is that the korean ver comes with a mini photo diary while the hk ver comes with 2 large posters and 8 postcards...a pretty good exchange i must say:D

like the korean ver, the dvd does not have subtitles. but you really don't need subs to enjoy this dvd ^^;

the photobooks will most probably be shipped via speedpost (ems) as they're pretty heavy and i doubt they will be below 2kg, which is the max. weight for standard mail.

just to clarify, the boxset is the hong kong version, not the korean. as this is a preorder, i don't have the photobooks with me yet so i can't take more pics, but i'm pretty sure that it's the official hk version ^^

anyway, my previous buyers were all really happy with the photobooks so i guess the quality makes up for it not being the kor ver :D
