The thing about standing up for myself in college is that it has no impact upon anyone but myself. I say to myself, 'I'm here for ME, for MY education--why the hell am I writing a ten-page paper on the history of scenic painting from one source that isn't teaching me anything and that is IMPOSSIBLE to not be redundant
