I have been looking with horror and speculation at the new equivalency test they are giving seniors before they graduate. They might have the credits, but if they don't pass the test, they won't pass high school. i had to drop that chemistry class after the first week. he was a psycho teacher. he should have been a college teacher. i think i had to have my mom come down and talk to the principal in order to get me out of it. thank gawd i didn't *need* the class.

i did 'OK' in high school. not great. i had lousy SAT's too. i sometimes think the only reason i even got into SJSU was because i put down i was American-Indian. lol which, being 1/16th Cherokee, legally i fit in.

Well, at the time I couldn't take biology...so I took chemistry instead.

Hahaha...at the time, I couldn't get into the UC-system, but I could when I transferred in from U of Oregon and West Valley. My SATs got me into the state system though..which I had as backup schools.
