“That is just French for ‘butterfly,’ you insipid man,” said Donato.

haven't exactly been delving into the AC fic world despite the fact i friggin love the series.
but GUH.THANK YOU.just THANK YOU for writing a fic on Malfatto and Teodor!!!
Malfatto is my favourite character in AC,
and i've never really thought about who he can pair up with,
but this is happening to be working out pretty well..!!

You are very sweet for leaving me a comment. I'm glad you're liking Malfatto and Teodor! I know it's a pairing that's sort of out of left field, but I hope I made it work. I love them both so much!

Oh, the parchment is FANTASTIC, isn't it? That is not me, that is all stumphed. She found the parchment, the fonts, everything. We had long conversations about the handwriting of all of the characters and she is the reason it looks so great.

Thanks for the compliment on the letter :D I had it envisioned perfectly in my head, but so often things don't actually come out looking the way I imagined them. This letter, though, really did work out exactly how I'd planned. Glad to know it's appreciated!

I discovered this butterfly on my trip to Senigallia. I do not know the proper name for its species, nor what to feed it. I fear it will soon die under my care, so I have sent it to you.

Oh, I most certainly didn't write it ;) That'd be rainjewel. I just screwed up the letters enough that readers can't decipher them. Haha. But I agree, it is utterly fantastic. rainjewel is the absolute best.
