Well now, s'been a while since I used this gadget. Seems like there's been a lot of changes since I've last been here, too.

But anyway, was just wonderin' if anyone was still runnin' the tavern over here in Espoir. If not, looks like this old man's got some work ta do.

Ya did mention about bein' part of a patrol. How's that comin' along?

I'm not a part of the patrol just yet... Inspector Javert has given me a book on Somarium Law to read through first. It's quite extensive reading.

That thick, huh? Well it shouldn't be too hard ta get through for you at least. See any similarities from back home?

A few of the more basic laws I've read, such as theft, are the same in general. But many of these, speeding, 'driving on the wrong side of the road' and the lengthy section on dream crimes is quite overwhelming to read in a single night. I'll need to pace it out over the next few days so the information sinks in correctly.

I wouldn't say I'm alone. I have yourself, Lady Estellise, Judith and even Rita has agreed to be mutual towards me. Had I been the only one from Terca Lumireis, the situation would be quite different indeed.

I know how that goes. Was a loner for a while back then before the rest popped up. [but even then it was weird since they also left and came back again and left again and yeeeeeah.

You were here once, but don't worry about it. I left, too, and pretty much everyone 'cept Estelle's come and gone at least once or twice.

Rita didn't come across as though she'd left this world before... but I don't believe that being returned home is a bad thing. I would just prefer if we could return together.
