that is correct. pregnant women should go where they can receive appropriate care for themselves and their unborn child, shouldn't they?
I cannot imagine what kind of person would stay somewhere with inadequate living conditions when they had some where to go with all the provisions their baby will need to be safe and healthy. it is one thing to not have any opportunities, quite another to ignore them. any parent not willing to do what is best for their children is guilty of neglect.
