This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Backtagging: Sure! My policy is honesty: if you lose interest, tell me. If I lose interest, I'll do the same. Until then, backtag forever. :]
Threadhopping: If I really want to keep a thread private, I'll mark it as such. If it isn't marked, it's fair game. Just make sure any other muns involved don't mind, either!
Fourthwalling: Not applicable!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Anything and everything is seriously A-OK. I have no qualms.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Hugging this character: Sure! Takumi loves hugs. :] He might be a little surprised at hugs from strangers, but he'll hug you back before he asks you why. ♥
Kissing this character: Go for it! You might have to stand on your tiptoes, and he'll definitely be startled (+ embarrassed), but he won't hold it against you.
Flirting with this character: Absolutely! He'll be a little shy, but he might flirt back, if you're not too bold. ♥
Fighting with this character: Why not? He won't fight back very well, and you might end up dealing with Shun, instead (who will fight back), but I'm not stopping you. ;D
Injuring this character: Minor injuries are fine, but if it's debilitating, life-threatening or scarring, please clear it with me first. :]
Killing this character: Please don't. :c
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Not applicable!
