England has warped me. Never in America would I run to a coffee shop when I needed to get away.

But here I sit, with, alas, no coffee. Just icy milk. And my laptop.

I don't know what to think right now. I just need some normalcy, and dave_rowntree is online and we are having a silly conversation about nothing at all, which is about as normal as it gets ( Read more... )

I remember actually having something serious to talk about, but I didn't, and we proceeded to have the conversation that caused you to rename Blur "The Rain Phoenix Experience".

so. obviously, it turned out for the better that we talked about nothing. and it wasn't nothing, really! it was the best conversation ever. or close.

I left London kind of suddenly but I promise to come back soon and we'll paint the town red. Or blue. Maybe even purple. ;)
