In the end you have to do what you feel is right for you. The dream of being a doctor is quite different, for your circumstances, than being in love is...I am not sure if you were just using that as an example but if you were using it as a comparison I don't think it works really.

No one ever wants to be a heartbreaker but you shouldn't feel bad because you are just doing what will make you happy. You shouldn't feel bad about what makes you happy.
