darcy! congrats on the new cello. interestingly enough, i've been debating or not whether to ask for/buy a new flute. mine sort of...sucks. do you plan to play cello after high school? i can't decide if i will or not, and if i won't, i don't know if i should buy a new one...

Thanks. I do plan on keeping playing (since I don't play at all at school, the high school factor is kind of irrelevant). If you aren't planning on playing after school, it does seem kind of unnecessary to buy a flute, but then again, getting a nice instrument will make playing a more attractive notion, most likely. And the impression I get from my mom is that you can get a decent flute for a good price (at least compared to a cello).

We definately should. Sleepover over the holidays?
