The reversal will come quickly enough, don't worry.

And Fred Meyers has a Union. The Union is backed by the WCF. The WCF is Federal Law. If Fred Meyers found a way to fire you, all you'd have to do is goto the Union, and they'd fight on your side... and in cases like this, where it's a clear disability (not exactly light surgery), they're at risk of losing millions.

So I think you're just fine until you go back to work.
