I know you love coffe and all harry but I have to tell you ... when someone says (with a straight face) "I won't have accomplished anything until I learn how to do latte art" ... that is a line. Nobody really believes that. He wants you bad my friend.

It was included in a conversation about how tired he was of pulling shot after shot of espresso and taking a sip to taste it, and then dumping it down the drain until he got it right. I think he was mostly trying to convince me to let him do something else.
