If you want to know part of what has been stressing me out at work the last couple months, read this article from today's New York Times. It's very true to what has been happening at Google and reflective of how many of us who work there view the company and its founders.

I was looking up directions on Google Maps, and I noticed they have a function on their that shows you photos of the various "steps" it takes to get to where you're going. I clicked on the first "step," which was leaving the house - and it showed a photo of my apartment building. I called D to look, and as I rotated the photo, we could see his car ( Read more... )

Happy Oestara, everyone. I'm so glad we have more daylight in the evening hours (considering I don't get off work till 6:30).

I've got a nice-sized tax refund coming my way (eventually... when I get around to actually filing my taxes), and I thought it would be nice for D and me to go somewhere on vacation.
