New glasses!

So I got my new glasses today. I do like the frames! They'll take getting used to, but I really like them. They're bolder, which makes them more of a fashion accessory and less of a necessity. It gives me more personality, rather than a handicap. It's not, "oh, poor girl, she has to wear glasses;" it's "oh, look at those fun frames!" ^^ So I'm

I got new glasses today too! :O And they're better than my old ones. So expensive, though. Guh. Good thing I don't have to buy my own quite yet. (Astigmatism suuuuucks.)

Ha ha, I want to cosplay too; even more now that I'm getting BACK into anime full swing. Eep. Especially with Bleach, OMG I love Bleach.

I got bangs--ish when I got my haircut. I would get sorta bangs, and see how you like those before you go full into it. That's what I did. Plus, you could have them cut that if you want to style them like you really have bangs, you can.

Um, female cosplaying is harder, it seems. I always want to cross-play, because the guys are usually the cooler charas. Ha ha.

Nanako-chan! ^^ We'll both have to post pictures sometime. And I agree completely - prices ugh; glad it's not my money; and astigmatism sucks! XD

Ha ha, yes. That is true about the glomping. You do get more leeway for it if you're dressed correctly.

I always just have the problem of hair. Though I suppose most people do... I don't want to dye/cut it specifically for a cosplay. And not many characters have orange-ish hair... especially girls. (Funny enough, my hair is pretty much the color of Sora's hair from Kingdom Hearts. So I've cosplayed him.) Aaaand yeah. But I suppose if I pick one early enough I can think of something.

I also should decide if I want to go to Anime Iowa this August with my friend Andy... hmmmm. And then prepare for it... man, I haven't been to a con in SO long.
