You're more ready than I am -- I haven't even started going thru schools. My "list" has two schools at present: Carnegie Mellon, which I've always thought of as my #1, since it is #1 in computer science, period, in the US; UNC-Chapel Hill, on two recommendations and the fact that it's closer to home.

Yeah, real good research there.

What are your criteria?

well, i've been spending a lot of time with US News & World Report rankings to figure out quality (and whether or not i have a prayer of getting in) more importantly, though, size and location: i would, ideally, like to live in a larger city and go to a larger law school. obviously, some of these schools (baylor, william & mary, yale) don't fulfill these requirements, but that's why two of them are safety schools (and the other... well... it's yale :) ).
