Well, I hope everything works out and you get moved and settled ok. I just dont understand your parents logic. They are paying for the stuff you use at your house already. If you didnt help, the utilities would get shut off? I would hope not.

No they wouldn't get shut off. Just like my step-dad was saying that my $100/mo is only covering the phone bill. Well then why am I paying for something I never use? LOL

And I don't think I'm getting the job. I called yesterday and they said that if my application was reviewed I'll receive a call. And I didn't even get to give my name. She just sounded pissed that I was calling. So I don't know what's up.

ah, i always hate looking for a new job. i have places just now calling me wanting me to work for them that i filled out apps for 5 months ago.

you should call back in a couple days to check on your application and give your name to the manager. that way they know "who theyre talking to".
