well i haven't posted in ages, and that's mostly because nothing much has been happening. and that's not a bad thing, and i certainly can't complain. i've been doing my work for school (mostly papers and some presentations in the mix too), and so far i've been keeping up with it. One of my most favorite professors taught Creative Writing--which I liked very much. But he also taught a Major American Writer's class on Hemmingway--who I detest. But you know what? My professor loved Hemmingway so much, that he just brought him to life, really. Made it all seem so interesting, I mean ( ... )

hello! i'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond, i've just been kind of out of it lately, and zombierainyshana is bad at the computer :)
you're totally right about teachers. i think of how many things i was drawn to in high school just because of who taught it. and i guess it's a lesson i forgot in college or i thought somehow things became different. even in my recent brainless state i've been getting there early for class and i'm sure some of prof fantastic's lesson is still reaching me in the hallway. or in outer space, where i've been spending quality intellectual time lately.
and fall is undoubtedly the most delightful of seasons. i could imagine anything taking place in the fall--something epic and romantic and poetic requires a chill in the air and a brisk wind and a sweater to pull around yourself.
