Craptastic professors are one of the worst things ever. Makes for a very long day, I mean. And so I'm sorry you have to dread something you have to do on a regular basis. I recall there were quite a few professors I was neutral about, and one I hated. And the one I hated, I really hated--as in she screwed me over and I called her on it, and we had it out

Oh, no, that is so mean! I mean that she laughed at students!! O_o Teachers should be helpful, and not make you feel stupid! Where I study the teachers are fine, but in one class my classmates started to laugh when I asked something, and I was so angry!As if they knew better what we were just starting to learn! >:(

that's awful. even though i used to get annoyed with some of the people in my classes, nobody should be laughed at like that.
on the bright side (if there is one), at least you will only be in this class one semester and not for a whole year. and at least the class is big enough that you don't have to personally be talking to her all the time.
