make sure you have the right shoes if you are going to do any serious jogging/running. my brother messed up his knee for a while after running with the wrong shoes.

That's perfectly fine that you don't update all that much, and such--it's just nice to know that everything is moving right along. Sometimes very interesting things come to pass in the course of a boring day, though. And so I hope you have a fantastically wonderful rest-of-the-summer time. Yus!
