That is an amazingly kind thing to say. I am very glad you are enjoying the story. I can't promise, but I actually hope to have chapter nine up by middle to late next week, but then chapter ten maybe a long wait.

I have always found the tiny little contacts between characters to be the most satisfying, so of course that's what I try to write. I am very glad that you are enjoying the story.

Hey, it's not monday and we have an update! I first thought I was hallucinating, lol.
Reading this chapter, I've realised I was so absorbed by the feeeelings in the fic I had yet to comment on the case aspect.
It's really intriguing what you've come up with!
And I still like the way you write Sherlock. Very much in character. And the fact that John reads him so easily. I think that however he may be irritated by that because his cover is sort of blown, Sherlock must like that. Because it's John.
Hmmmm, did Sherlock really need to touch John's wrist? And for that long? Is he checking John's pulse as he did with Irene? Or just enjoying touching John and getting him flustered? Or the two? :o)

OH my, that's a lot of questions which Sherlock hasn't given the answers too. :)

I am really glad you are enjoying the case as well as the emotional stuff. When I started reading Sherlock fanfic, I noticed that most of my favorite ones have big cases in them, that help push the emotion forward. That's what I am attempting to do and I am really glad that people are enjoying it.

I'm really enjoying this (long waits notwithstanding).

I particularly loved Sherlock leaving the skull in the place of Mrs. Hudson's computer (Is there not some animal that does that? *L* Leaves nuts and things in place of what it takes? Ah well. *L*)

The case is also very interesting. I must admit that I'm not as intelligent as Sherlock, or even John, and have absolutely NO idea why these people are disappearing.

Can't wait for the rest (well, I can, since I must *s*).

Leaving the skull when he nicked something just seemed like a very Sherlock thing to do and once I thought of it, I couldn't let it go until I found a way to get it in the story.

I am so glad you are enjoying the case, it should really start heating up over the next couple of chapters and hopefully I can keep you and Sherlock confused. We will see. :)

I hope to have chapter 9 out later this week but then chapter 10 will likely be a couple of weeks.

Omg I adore this fic! The case is intriguing and inventive, you are keeping me satisfyingly curious about it! :D

GAH. John and Sherlock. Where to start?! For one, the light touches, the teasing, the sharing of the bank accounts?... MADDENING. I am DESPERATE to know if anything might develop between our boys! Sometimes it seems so, but then there is little to go on and I am definitely thinking "Maybe... Maybe not..." DRIVING ME CRAZY. (Which by the way is extraordinary :3)

Camping out with cookies and jam, eagerly awaiting the next part :D

Thank you for your great reivew. I would apologize for driving you crazy but I am really glad to hear that I am managing to keep you guessing about the case and the boys.

With Luck (and a behaving writing muse) I hope to have chapter nine out sometime in this next weeks, but Chapter ten will be a much longer delay.
