I just spent an unconscionable amount of time reading a dating blog from Atlanta. Ahh, the internets. I don't even remember how I got there, but it was pretty funny: those people are so different from me, but I feel like we'd get along if we ever met. I like getting that feeling. My parents recently e-mailed me a Seattle Times article about Garfield--they're renovating the building, finally--and the whole thing emphasized how "diverse" the school was. Funny how that's its one most salient characteristic, over all these years (apparently it was the first seattle school to become over 50% black, in the 70s, and was plural majority white even in the 50s).

Was Watani the aspiring playwright? I just googled her and got a King County traffic court schedule, so if she's succeeded on the stage, she must've changed her name. Hopefully she's not googling this.
