Um, I'm still trying to get used to the ingredients available here, but so far I think I've figured out how to safely substitute without lowering the quality of items so far.

As long as I have the ingredients for it I should be able to. I'm still working out a few problems but, so far experiments have been mostly working out.

I do, Anna uses one actually. And I think I could do it. Metal isn't so hard to get here, but it would still be a really long process and I have to double check how available the other items are. If I can successfully make the component ingredients I should be able to make a katana.

Yeah. I can make a lot of different types too. I memorized all the recipes so even without my books I'm confident I can still figure them out.

I've never heard of those things before, I'm sorry. But... if I could look at the item in a complete form I might be able to figure out how to make it....
