Hey. :) I've been really bad about keeping in touch, and I'm supposed to be your weight-loss buddy and all. I saw your list about things you wish you could stick to.
Is there something I can help you do to get back on the low-carb bandwagon? Can we start e-mailing? Or even calling? I could use someone to talk to about it, even over e-mail as I deal with health issues, and I am willing to cheerlead you through this.
I know you must be dealing with a lot with everything going on, and I hope I can be a support for you if you want to move forward on that front. :)
Thanks. I kind of put things on hold until I see my doctor on the 21st. I want to have her seal of approval on what I plan to do with my diet. But I really would appreciate some good cheerleading.
