nerd news:

my roommates came home yesterday with D&D 4th Edition. uh-huh.
mega man 9 announced for 360.
FFIV remake in a few weeks.
dark knight this weekend on imax.
found the street fighter/king of fighters card game in arkansas. bought two decks.
downloaded magic online again. not sure if i'll stick with it.
still not stoked on diablo III

Remember when you talked to me about how awesome MtG is and got me to get my roommate to teach me how to play, and then you didn't play with me? You should fix that.

i'm worried about the balance issues. not sure if you played the beta but there was already a game breaking glitch (and you could only be two characters!). ken's MP shoryuken juggled so you could hit them with it twice every time. though it led to 100% combos and looked really fucking cool, it didn't bode well for the final product.

plus blanka sucks in ST and he's my boy.

haven't heard anyone mention the melvins in a long time. they came to cats cradle once and i missed them. as i missed X. (i just couldn't afford 25 dollars for X- i mean it's the cats cradle not altell pavilion) boooo.
