Most of the shopping areas in my neck of the woods are located in an ever widening ring around the city, not in it, and usually difficult (or impossible) to access without a car.

From what I know about taxes, rebates and breaks aren't racially targeted, they can't be. It's usually targetted by income level, by family composition, and whether you do things like buy a house, car, or go back to college.
My question is where are you getting this info and what are you basing it on other than pop culture?

My thought was to have an open season on rich, old, white men. We clearly have too many of them in this country, it's time to thin the herd a little. For $500, you get a license that permits the bearer to kill one rich, old, white guy. You bag 'em, you tag 'em, and you get to keep the proceeds of his estate (minus taxes and a minimum stipend for surviving dependents). Regular rules of hunting apply (i.e. no bombs or explosives), and only Caucasian men, ages 65 and over, from the uppermost tax bracket. Bear in mind that your quarry has the resources available to pay someone to defend them, so this will not be easy.Reply
