VICTORIA SPONGE
110g butter
110g caster sugar
110g self raising flour
2 eggs
Vanilla
PRE-HEAT OVEN 190 CELCIUS
Beat eggs
In separate bowl whisk butter and sugar until creamy
Add eggs gradually with some flour
Fold in remaining flour and vanilla
Divide between 2 cake tins
Bake for 20-25 mins
Turn out and put on rack to cool
