2 cups s-r flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
30g margerine
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese

PRE-HEAT OVEN 230 CELCIUS

Miz flour and salt
Rub butter into flour until resembles breadcrumbs
Mix in milk to make dough
Knead until smooth
Make into 1" balls and place on baking tray
Glaze with milk
Bake for 10-15 mins

Packet of digestive biscuits (crushed)
Angel delight
Butter

Melt butter and mix with crushed digestive biscuits
Compact into bottom of tray to form base
Make angel delight and pour on top
Chill until set

GINGERBREAD MEN

2oz butter
2oz sugar
1 1/2 tbsp golden syrup
6 oz self raising flour
1 teasp ground ginger
1/2 teasp b. of soda
decorations

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2tbsp white karo syrup
1/8 tbsp salt
1/4 cup peanut butter

Combine all ingredients except PB in saucepan
Bring to boil, stirring constantly until at 'soft ball' stage*
Stir in PB
Spread onto pan
Leave for 5-6 hrs to set

Food colouring

Beat egg until frothy
Add enough icing to make stiff mixture
Add a little yellow or red food colouring
Knead into firm paste
Divide into 12-16 pieces
Make into mouse shape
Leave in warm, dry place until set
