In all excitement, my addiction to Wedding planning and design is getting a taste of something for real. No. I’m not getting married, but my friend from highschool is, and she and her fiance have decided to let me design and make their wedding invitations myself!!

I heard through the grape vine that you're starting your own wedding invitation business? Hmm, interesting, since Jen and I need to get wedding invitations soon. haha.

Actually, I just saw your post on LJ, and it got met thinkin'. I don't know what Jen'll wanna do, but this could be a good business venture for you.

P.S. My crazy, wants-to-be-involved-with-the wedding-planning-as-much-as-possible mom called me today to find out who's planning Jen's bridal shower. haha. I wonder when women usually have a bridal shower, is it a couple weeks before the wedding or is it several months before the wedding?

Haha! Well that would be cool. Even though I haven't figured out my hourly rate (which will probably be low due to friendship-discount), I already discovered that I can get all of the paper I need and have it cut to size for 1/5th the cost of what my friend and her fiance were going to pay for the entire invitation at retail. I have the tools to do the perforations. I just have to decide the best way to print the information (when they have it because they don't have a venue yet ( ... )
