To make a long story (somewhat) short.....my youngest sister is married to a total loser who can't keep a job, is lazy as hell, treats her like shit and has a serious drug problem. I think you are entirely justified in your actions. Your sister needs to grow a pair and fucking tell her husband to go fuck himself. Get divorced and move on with her life.

You know.. the situation reminds me of the one biblical parable that pissed the fuck out of me always--the parable of the prodigal son... who goes and blows his inheritance and always gets saved, whereas the sons who tried to do something with their lives don't get any respect whatsoever or recognition..

Moral of the story--it's better to be an ass and a parasite because then someone will take care of you and do your work for you...

Bullshit. Get away from that. Only agree to help when you see her papers filing for divorce--she'll have six months to wait.. but then you can see that she has taken the right steps.

Thanks. Ah, the prodigal son...sounds about right. I would rather not live at all than have someone take care of me and do my work for me...that's just not me. I haven't heard a word from her...going to call mom this morning and see what's up.

Jenn I'm really sorry you are going through this. Believe me, I completely understand what you are going through as I've got some issues with one of my siblings. You and I should sit down sometime....
