The sad part is that educated people like you and me also break traffic rules. I'm sure at some point in time even we've broken some rule, either due to ignorance or because we felt too lazy to go all the way to the junction to make a U-turn. Only way out of such problems is for the police to be so strict that one is scared to break a rule. But then, we always ask for too much from Govt's. that are known to offer little to the public in general.

Yeah many of Us lack civic sense! Whether we are hundred percent literate & highly educated, we just ignore our responsibilty towards our society & govt. If people dont learn it now then the system will never change & our next generation will suffer.

Hope he'll be fine soon. Frequent him for some days, he'll need that.

We can't do much in case of technical failures but sure can go a little slow, all I wish for is that people not cross speeds of say 50 at all times, I think its quite ok to stop immediately without hurting yourself and people around you at that speed. With the sort of population outbreak that we are faced with in Hyderabad, I don't think its easy for the traffic police to tackle everything by themselves.

There are few very responsible Public servants. There is 60% irresponsible & lazy policemen who love to take bribe, the other 40% are loyal & i really respect them a lot. If they were a little more strict, as in like the USA cops. they give immense respect to the public & they get the same back.

Well its all in the system! Change the system & u will see wonders!

as in like the USA cops , you meant as projected in the movies? In reality (or atleast the way understand!), the cops in US too are corrupt and/or biased perhaps not in the same ratio as in here.

The system starts with us, we have to change ourselves.
