For all those who were wondering, I did not get the job I applied for to earn more money at Nu Skin.  So it looks like I will be in product support for a while longer...  While I am glad I don't have to bid farewell to my team, I am, admittedly, a bit disappointed.  But hey, their loss.

For the record, I am happy with my job, just feeling like it'

Just outsource your calls when you do battle. I hear it's cheap.
