Wake, by Lisa McMann: very quick read; I think it took me about an hour and a half.  It has an interesting premise: a girl is sucked into the dreams of anybody who happens to be having one nearby, whether she wants to or not.  She has to learn how

So, if you were to recommend one book from the list . . . which would it be?

And I'm excited to make earrings with you! I figured a couple pairs will easily come ahead of the costs.

Depends what you're in the mood for. Of them all, I think I've enjoyed the Dresden Files the most, but if you're looking for something more YA then go for Peter and the Starcatchers. I just finished the sequel to that one, and it was decent but I think the first one is best.
