 My pumpkins from Halloween (the ones I didn't carve and have been meaning to bake up into something yummy) are officially dead.  *sigh* I even found some good recipes last November for pumpkin puree, too... oh well.  There's always next year, right?  And now I can finally have that corner of my kitchen table back.  Once I disinfect it.  I haven't

The current person working the graveyard shift got a better job in the company and is leaving before he can train the replacement. Since I am the most qualified (meaning, most senior) person on the team, I get the joy of covering that shift until the new guy is ready. It covers Australia/Africa/Europe and it really wouldn't be bad at all if it weren't in the middle of the night.

Anyway. I'm slowly getting over this cold so we'll see how it goes.

Ewww. Working graveyard sounds awful. And here I was about to invite you guys over one of these days so we can hear about Rome etc. . . . maybe we should wait till you fully recover?
