I find it kind of offensive, in a way: it's strikingly anomalous that a person should be a pretty decent actor AND a pretty decent singer in a pretty decent band.
Additionally, are you familiar with Kubrick's "The Shining" and have I yet shown you the video for 30 Seconds to Mars' "The Kill?" They walked a fine line between a good homage and a totally inappropriate parody.
I'm frequently tempted to re-watch B5 - I loved it the first time around when I was a baffled teenager, and again in my mid-20s when I needed some escapism.
I guess I'm worried it's so dated I'll find it insufferable. Does the storytelling rise above the awful sets and music?
