i am currently watching pulp fiction for the first time. this is my running commentary as it goes.
wow what an intro. i love the girl. i can already tell i'm gonna like this movie.
good credits music. :) and what a cast.
i absolutely love the argument about the foot massage. don't know why. i also really like the dialogue so far. it's very... choppy. sharp. like someone cutting a block of wood into a shape they can carve into something.
what are these apples that butch gets? and why would a girl ever pierce something so full of important nerves?
i predict that mia is an incredibly hot nymphomaniac.
the drug dealer is wearing a speed racer shirt. in japanese. and has shoes on his wall. the attention to bizarre details in this movie. wow.
how did someone come up with the idea of shooting up, anyway? "oh, here's a good idea. i'll put some random junk in a needle, jab the needle in my arm, put the stuff in my blood, and hope something cool happens." o.O?
mia uses interesting language. "African fellows." "disco." "two shakes of a lamb's tail." who talks like that? but it's very... engaging? alluring? endearing? something like that.
i want to eat at that restaurant. also, so much tension between vincent and mia.
zomg. christopher walken. *bwee!* wow that's a hilarious story. honour, duty, family history... worn up the bum. <.<
when butch finds the gun and then vinnie comes out of the bathroom... hilarious.
things keep happening that i don't expect. i like that.
hammer? hm. baseball bat? hmmm. chainsaw! lol. no. samurai sword! who does he think he is?
wow butch's girl is annoying.
wolf is cool.
they specifically said this kid doesn't have a head. vincent said he shot his face off. so why, when the body's in the trunk, does he have both a head and a face?
*laugh* what an unusual film.
