Hebe Tian icon tutorial. (No selective coloring~!) [Tutorial #o1]
Alright~. My second tutorial. This icon was made by mistake XD I was suppose to be doing a whole different coloring , but then...well...I caught onto something 8D;;
No selective coloring, curves, etc. I try to keep away from the selective color crap for my PSP lovelies~. Icon features Hebe Tian of the Taiwanese group S.H.E. (and in my opionon, the sweetest girl on Earth~~.)
From this
to
01. Crop your picture down to 100x100, and do the necessary fixing up (sharpening and all that. I didn't do that to this icon but you may need to depending on your image). Alright. Duplicate your base. Why? It's cliche x3;;
02. Create a new layer and fill it with #0a0058 and set it to Exclusion at 100% opacity (surprise, surprise).
03. Do another fill layer, and this time fill it with #7694a2 on Color Burn (or Burn for non-photoshop programs) at 100% opacity.
04. Next, get another fill layer and fill it with #f2c3f0 on Soft Light at 100% opacity.
Now add whatever else you want and you're done! I encourage you to mix it up a bit and get creative, this is just a guide ^^ I'd love to see your creations!
