After ten years of working at it... and I do mean working...

I AM AT GOAL WEIGHT!

Total lost: 82 LBS!Well, OK. It didn't happen exactly the way I wanted it to happen. My original goal weight was 150. But for the past seven months I have been floating between 156 and 159. Back and forth. Up a pound, down 1.5, up .6, down .8. I finally went to my ( Read more... )

Thank you, dearest. I would have RATHER gotten there by getting to 150, but both my Dr and me became convinced that it wasn't going to happen.

I think this decision is better for my health and I'm very happy about it!

How freakin' awesome is that. Congratulations.

And this is with doing 2 miles of brisk aerobics every morning and walking three miles at night (or doing another 2 miles of aerobics) and that's usually 5 or 6 days a week.

Wow! If you keep getting as much exercise as you do currently, you should have no problem maintaining your goal weight. You definitely look better in the bottom photo and I'm sure you feel much better, too..

Thank you!! If anything about my journey has inspired ANYONE to join Weight Watcher's and develop a more healthy lifestyle, I'm really grateful. It's worth it. It really is.
