Snakes On a Pane
I get home from vacation just in time to see that my city's in the national news yet again for something stupid. And by national news, I mean someone sent it to Dave Barry and he posted it on his blog. Anyway, this is what I'm talking about - the video of a snake on someone's car in traffic:

I totally agree with your "traffic rant" by the way. There was no way she could have pulled over safely. I really can't STAND youtube commenters. I swear they all lose brain cells with each video they watch and even more after they leave a comment.

You know...I LOVE snakes. I think they are stinkn' awesome and I would NEVER want to hurt one or kill one. But I think I would have stayed on the road just like she did...unless of course there was an off chance that there was no traffic around. (which is HIGHLY unlikely)
I would feel terrible for being unable to help the snake (I'm an animal lover. Guilty!) but at the same time there's only so much you can do at that point. :(
Anyway...
Point is...amen to your post! BOOOO to stupid youtube haters. ARG!!!
