it doesn't mean anything at all
the life I've left behind me
is a cold room
I've crossed the last line
from where I can't return
where every step I took in faith
betrayed me
and led me from my home
And sweet surrender
is all that I have to give
You take me in
no questions asked
you strip away the ugliness
that surrounds me
(who are you?)
are you an angel?
am I already that gone?
I only hope
that I won't disappoint you
when I'm down here
on my knees
(who are you?)
And sweet surrender
is all that I have to give
(who are you?)
sweet surrender
is all that I have to give
And I don't understand
by the touch of your hand
I would be the one to fall
I miss the little things
I miss everything *about you*
It doesn't mean much
it doesn't mean anything at all
the life I left behind me
is a cold room
(who are you?)
And sweet surrender
is all that I have to give
(who are you?)
And sweet surrender
is all that I have to give

Maybe I was lucky. I joined a youth-oriented church group (YFC) right after I entered high school. That was the time I completely surrendered my life to him. It strengthened my faith in him and in the church where I serve him. :)
It makes me feel sad that I'm no longer a part of that group. Mainly because I'm over-aged even though I don't look like it! I really miss it. :(

I've known Him before, pero ang hirap talaga to 100 percent trust Him and not on my abilities, and that's what I'm working on right now ;)
To God be the glory!

Way to go with your blog! Reading yours encouraged me to get up off my lazy a$$ and publish the testimony I've been long planning to write. Sige, I'll be waiting for the kwento about your recent crisis. (Tsismis! Tsismis!)
