It doesn't mean much
it doesn't mean anything at all
the life I've left behind me
is a cold room
I've crossed the last line
from where I can't return
where every step I took in faith
betrayed me
and led me from my home

And sweet surrender
is all that I have to give

You take me in
no questions asked
you strip away the ugliness
that surrounds me
(who are you?)
are you an angel?
am I already that gone?
I only hope
that I won't disappoint you
when I'm down here
on my knees
(who are you?)
And sweet surrender
is all that I have to give

(who are you?)
sweet surrender
is all that I have to give

And I don't understand
by the touch of your hand
I would be the one to fall

I miss the little things
I miss everything *about you*

It doesn't mean much
it doesn't mean anything at all
the life I left behind me
is a cold room

(who are you?)
And sweet surrender
is all that I have to give

(who are you?)
And sweet surrender
is all that I have to give

They definitely had something I have never observed with the normal, obligation-driven church-goers I have been accustomed to be with.

Maybe I was lucky. I joined a youth-oriented church group (YFC) right after I entered high school. That was the time I completely surrendered my life to him. It strengthened my faith in him and in the church where I serve him. :)

It makes me feel sad that I'm no longer a part of that group. Mainly because I'm over-aged even though I don't look like it! I really miss it. :(

this is touching. *cries* I'm glad you came to know Him, and I know you're spreading the good news to more and more people. :)

God has His ways to bring us closer to Him. I'm experiencing the same thing that you experienced. Parang influx ng mga Christian people.

I've known Him before, pero ang hirap talaga to 100 percent trust Him and not on my abilities, and that's what I'm working on right now ;)

To God be the glory!

Wow, yet another great testimony of a life changed by the Lord Jesus! I personally witnessed your high school moments just as you witnessed mine, and I must say I was (pleasantly) surprised by the sudden transformation.

Way to go with your blog! Reading yours encouraged me to get up off my lazy a$$ and publish the testimony I've been long planning to write. Sige, I'll be waiting for the kwento about your recent crisis. (Tsismis! Tsismis!)
