My all-time favorite, and a good one subtext-wise, is Cruising. That Paul Haggis was a good writer, and really knew how to write Jo/Blair. As for fanfics, I have four more FOL stories about ready to go; I'm just waiting for FOL Month. :-)

I loved the part in 'Crusing' when they started singing to each other, very cute and subtexty. Another one I really liked was 'The Last Drive-in'.

Did I not mention that August was Facts of Life month? All this Xena talk is just there to confuse the unwary *g*.

Jo was one of my first TV crushes, and the first time I remember noticing the subtext between characters. Jo/Blair is very close to my heart. :)

It's one of the first shows I remember where I watched it primarily for the subtext.

Looks like TPTB projected the subtext as maintext on their parents... XD

All the opposites attract comments were just perfect for Jo/Blair.

I love the delicious irony of ultra Christian Lisa Whelchel being one half of one of the slashiest couples of the 80s.

They really need to put more seasons out on dvd. These two give me the warm fuzzies.

And I'm practically giddy that there's more Jo/Blair fic by Cav on the horizon! *Hurry up, FoL FotM*

They really do. I didn't start watching until the Langley/Edna's Edibles years, I think, so that's always how I see them.

More fic from Cav is always good news.
