I didn't notice them until that panel right there. And then... I couldn't take my eyes off them, ffff

Aaaaand... Imma say... it's because it draws attention to Vic's thighs. And Vic? Has very very nice legs. :|

I actually thought it was gonna be the coat because mmmm tatty coat. But now that I've seen it, I have to agree. Dem slacks. Dem legs.
