Of course it’s two pm
I find it endlessly amusing that the only way to introduce Two Face is to show him flip the coin, possibly with a shot from behind beforehand.
I’m kinda likin’ the narrative style even if ‘And then this:’ is a weird way to transition into word bubbles… Otherwise, very atmospheric.

But now I’m wondering who the hell all these guys are… Who are they waiting for?
Also, his face doesn’t always have the same expression. Even in your own story it doesn’t always have the same expression. Fail. Even if I can appreciate what the writer’s trying to do. :|

And I’m loving the fact that Two Face hasn’t moved in all this, and how loyal his goons are ffff

Aaaand, look at that, the FBI really are completely incompetent if they didn’t wait for the coin. If it’d come clean heads up he would’ve gone quietly and no one would’ve died. Fail, guys.

TIME SKIP SPLASH PAGE. WHY SHOW WHEN YOU CAN TELL
Actually that probably works better for Two Face. Lets the reader build up their own idea of how badass he is without limiting it by writing the exact terms of what happened

Okay, at the first mention of Falcones, Two Face should be having a fit. Falcones are not cool assuming, as I am, that the writer is using Long Halloween/Dark Victory canon by reintroducing Mario.

It’s not the first time he shows emotion. Clearly you need to talk to your artist before you go any further if that’s what you’re trying to do, Mr. Writer.
This ‘Business comes first’ bullshit better be a front. Harvey killed YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY, Mario. You better have a more emotional reaction then ‘Oh just business whatevs’ at some point or I’m gonna be pissed.

The image of Two Face diving behind and shooting between the legs of one of his goons makes me chuckle. I dunno why.
The last couple of lines on this page make me wonder if they’re gonna go into Two Face’s fall from power and what he thinks of it. That’d be pretty cool.

Well wait… so what is he going to do without it? Is he going to get it back somehow? A… are the writers attempting to advance him beyond his dependence on the coin. IS THIS… CHARACTER GROWTH?!
Probably not, who am I kidding… That would irreparably change him, either pushing him to almost Joker-ish levels of destruction, or into… goodness, which has never stuck for very long with him.
Though I do enjoy the fact that he’s just running through this crowd shooting everyone indiscriminately. And, more importantly, he’s hitting everyone too. See, he can be pretty BA when he wants.

But why is Two Face sticking around a room full of Falcone’s goons when he was running for an escape not even a page ago? Why are his goons listening to him if they’re still in the middle of a shoot-out? Unless the others are all dead now? I feel like we should have gotten an establishing panel if that were true…
Well anyway, ffff that last panel is kind of ominous. Poor Chester…
No but seriously, where’s the panic attack about losing the coin? Is that… gonna happen? It better happen. It’ll be a great moment of character fail if it doesn’t.
Overall
Promising start… I’m not sure. This could either be absolutely fantastic and push Two Face into a bit of spotlight as the fascinating character that he is, and bring resolution to a long-standing plot thread… Or it could be filled with fail. Care to flip a coin for it?
A… also, sob where is his two-toned tie? That’s like the best part of his costume…
On another note, my application to Walmart got rejected before they even looked at it. How sad is that...
