The last few chapters of Naruto have been so full of win~
1. YES! Pein is deeeeeeeead. Har har. The final battle approach-eth.
2. Naruto has a steadily increasing badass!factor. Apparently, every time he heads into battle he can reset by going into Sage Mode. Seriously. They made a big deal about how hard it was to get into, but Naruto just turns up in Sage Mode any ol' time he needs to. Not that I'm complaing. Badass!Naruto is good!Naruto. He's really matured a lot over the past arc...
And his righteous anger makes me soooo happy.
3. Team Gai. That's all I have to say.
4. Weeell, maybe not. TENTEN! Tenten got a close-up! And then she was, like, center stage in the latest chapter. Hee. Tenten, how have I never noticed you up until now~
Lee's concerned face is love... But Kishi is drawing him more and more like Gai. Noooo. Lee isn't Gai. Don't make him even more of a Gai!clone then he is, pls Kishi.
And Neji! Neji is so concerned and EMOTIONAL for Naruto. He was like 'D: But we has to help him!' It's nice to see him taking charge. But most of all, that means they're going to run off and maybe, just maybe, have a cool battle scene. On the sidelines? With Konan? She's probably not going to be happy to see them.
5. Shikaku is suddenly and inexplicably cool to me... And Shikaku/Inoichi? Yes thanks.
EDIT 6. This is the second 'walk beside him' thing that has come up. Hinata said something like that as well and now Shikamaru? Where are you going Kishi?
