Went and saw Transformers tonight. I actually enjoyed it. I didn't go in with too high of expectations, but I was fairly pleased. A lot of people are saying that the plot is lacking, that the writing is also lacking, but you know what isn't lacking? Explosions. That's what. I paid to see things go boom. Things damn well went boom. That's cool with ( Read more... )

I would go see Transformers, but I hated the first film, and as much as I'm glad there's more Transformers moments than the last one, I don't think I could stomach another hour or so of Shia Leboeuf and Megan Fox. Worst duo ever. I'll probably watch it when it's out on dvd or on tv. Wigger Transformers sound hilarious XD

Hmmm, you know what's sad about the Avatar movie? That some people will boycott it just because it's directed by M.Night. It's sad becuase it looks like it could be better than the show. I tried to watch Avatar a few times but the animation and characters really irked me for some reason. I don't know why. I keep hearing it's good, but maybe it's better if you start from the beginning? I don't know. Looks good anyways!! :D

Leboeuf and Fox are kind of an annoying team. I can't deny it. I mean, they're annoying by themselves. Megan Fox might as well not have a name other than "piece of ass". It's all she is in these movies. She literally does nothing ( ... )

I really hope the Avatar movies don't suck. You know, for the most part, I actually like M. Night's work, even though people have done nothing but bitch since The Sixth Sense.

My hopes are on an even keel.

I think that M.Night does amazing visuals, but I tend to have issues with his story telling style. With a story previously set out, I think that this is a movie I could really enjoy. But of course, we all know what happens when an animated show goes live action. Bad stuff happens.

I think I'll have to join you on that even keel statement.
