I'm still loving my classes. They're wonderful. The profs are amazing and the work load is actually fun, which is new. Anyways, it's all really exciting. I'm happy with where I am in my education. I've never felt that way before, but it's a good thing

I find it hard to connect with Nanaimoers too to be frank as well. Everyone sticks with their own cliques and besides the few people who are kinda like misfits (ie. us) it's very hard to break through to people.

I'm really happy to know that you're satisfied with your program. I don't know if I am to be honest right now. However, I've heard only good things about UBC including the campus grounds being gorgeous.
