That it is. Two of his best EPs (which were released extremely limited vinyl only in 95) finally came out on CD. Awesome.

Sweet. I've listened to some Aphex Twin stuff - but there is so much and it kind of takes some seasoned listening to really take it... I haven't studided as much as I want to.

Hangable Auto Bulb is the name of the CD?

Yeah, Hangable Auto Bulb has some good straight synth stuff. I'd recommend that, the Come to Daddy EP, and the Richard D James album (both under the Aphex Twin name) as good starting points, both from a goodness point of view and price/availability point of view.

Also the song "On" (Aphex Twin) is one of my top 10 ever. I have the single, I forget if it's on an album or not.

The compilation of stuff under the Caustic Window name is also bad-ass, but quite a bit noisier and probably more expensive.
